Kate Ross, owner and Principal Consultant, brings a unique perspective to data consulting backed by a PhD in Experimental Physics, a Master’s in Applied Statistics, and years leading research, analytics, and data science initiatives across academia, nonprofits, and industry. As an Associate Professor at Colorado State University, she led an internationally recognized research group studying quantum materials before turning that same rigor toward challenges like uncovering patterns in homelessness response systems and developing predictive diagnostics for public transit fleets.
Kate immerses herself in the environments she serves to ensure every recommendation is grounded in reality, not just numbers. Whether through research, analytics, implementation, or modeling, Kate’s goal is to help organizations make informed decisions that create meaningful, lasting impact.
